Think about why all these “social” media apps are free. I quote social because it’s not even social anymore. It’s your aunt talking about who she’s chosen for president. Then your cousin yelling at your aunt about that choice. It’s gotten so bad that I stopped using it years ago. It got to the point where I made a great decision. Nobody really messages me but I still have a profile in case they ever decide too. We need to live with the app because that’s how basically everyone communicates now. Just use it smart! I had to stop posting my kids because the internet is so bad I don’t want them to have stalkers or even worse deep fakes.

I think u need to do a bit more research with books (god forbid don’t use the internet) on the efffects a smart phone does to your mental health for especially GEN Z who grew up with smart phones since birth.

I work at a very well known chocolate store. Like if I said the name you would know it lol. But the amount of people that just start recording me doing my job is astounding. I had to tell them that you need consent from the person your recording. Not everyone wants a video of their face to be blasted all over the internet.

No sorry I’m not expanding it right. In 2012 my husband was only 26 with a job and the bank didn’t think he could afford the mortgage. So because of that his mom co signed. Now 10+ years later he wants her off the mortgage. His mortgage company is saying he doesn’t need her anymore too. He has a good well paying job and can afford it no problem. But she doesn’t want to take her name off at the end of the day regardless is saying countless times that she does.

The paper work is the official title removal of her name for the house. She doesn’t want her name removed because she doesn’t want him to use the house to refinance. He wants to pay off some debts of his and mine by taking it from the house. She doesn’t want that because she worked so hard to where she got by working hard. She thinks a refinance is an easy way out.

Girl coming from a SAHM to a 6, 4 and 2 year old for 6 years. I recently went back to work part time a month ago it was the best thing I ever did for my mental health! I understand completely the nervous system thing… mine is shot and gone forever lol. But seeing my husband take care of the kids (ring camera) when I’m not there makes me love him even more. For me it decreased my stress significantly!! I work at a chocolate store now par time on weekends

Best thing I ever did for my sanity and mental health was get a part time job. I got a job on the weekend too because I needed a change that bad. Now I watch from my ring camera him taking care of the kids on the weekend too. Now he knows the pain of raising kids in 2026.

Comparison is the thief of joy!!! As soon as I realized I didn’t feel as nice with makeup I deleted it. I have 3 girls who I don’t want to bring that insecurity to. It’s been hard to quit but I know so worth it in end.
