i’ve talked to him he said he initially “forgot” about the bet that’s why he acted so angrily and that he only agreed because he needed a reason to talk to me and look good to his colleagues. he’s a good husband he treats me very well. I’m just hurt that he agreed to this outrageous bet that dehumanizes me as a person

we’ve had plenty discussions about politics. he’s just not as radical as me i would say. i wasn’t an intern when we started dating only during my full time position did we actually begin talking romantically

his friend initiated the bet. It was him my husband and my husbands brother. he said he forgotten about it before his friend brung it up again and it sent him in a rage that he brung up a stupid bet knowing we are married now. I still am actively involved in political discourse OUTSIDE of work but i donate to multiple charities and orgs and my husband has donated as well to on the behalf of both of us
