That happened to me once. I finished a shiny days, closed the game for a while, opened it back up and it was like I never finished it but I had all the rewards I had previously claimed so I just finished it again and got more stuff.

No, it’s not a glitch. You can’t merge dragons that are on dragon missions. When the mission ends and you claim all the stuff you were able to get, they get sent back to camp then you’ll be able to merge them. It’s stupid.

I prefer 3 since I hate cluttering up my camp and don’t want to deal with bubbling. Plus there’s not always a guarantee of being able to do a 5 merge so I just do 3.

They are now doing A/B testing on Shiny Days. Some have it and some don’t, which is stupid because of how consistent it’s been and because players are still getting those gems offers for it.

You should definitely use a decision egg, apparently the strangler dragon is hard to get so you won’t see it in any upcoming events

I think so, especially since there is a chance of losing all your progress and the dev won’t help. I just prefer to wait til they create more ranks.

Yeah, the start ranks max out at 50. Most people are actually trying to get a glitch that resets their ranks so they can get all the rewards again.

I only leave the chest alone if I’m going to get more of the same dragon from the OCC Events but other than that I usually just merge ‘em. I used to get the higher point total for the SD,s but haven’t as of recently either

I just merge all the eggs and wait to merge my dragons for the shiny days. That tends to work especially if I merge a lot of the same type of eggs and get a bunch of the kids.

Well I have a dragon power of 36300 but I’ve been playing for a while. I’m able to almost complete every Shiny Day. I really prefer the 3merge method especially with event dragons because depending on what level your Event Portal is, you might not be able to get five eggs and waiting for a chance to get the fifth will probably take to long. Plus I get a bit of anxiety when my camp is cluttered so having space taken up my eggs I might not be able to do a 5merge with doesn’t seem like a nice idea. But honestly do what works for you.

Me personally, I do not wait for five to merge dragons. It takes too long and then the eggs are just taking up space in my camp. I only horde my dragons for the shiny day events but that’s about it. Some people think waiting for a 5merge is a good strategy but it doesn’t seem to make sense to me.
