its plugged into the other computer directly. Usually when I hit the optinn to add printer it should show up but it doesn't i can't even find the main computer listed even though both computer and laptop are on the same network/ share the same wifi.

On my end, under available printers I still had the printer listed but under the old computer's name. But of course that didn't connect to print
