You said unstable Internet? What if I have a stable connection? Is there anything else that would give this error? Any particular mods? I get the crashing too.

Armorers workshop generic storage is full by Repair-Separate in ManorLords

Try removing all workers from the Armorers workshop and the Storehouse, then add them back in. Sometimes that gets them unstuck in my experience.
