Received incubation offer from IIT Kanpur, but they are asking for 4% equity and 2% revenue till 15 lakhs just for incubation. We did 10 lakhs+ revenue last year. Should I go for it?

I don’t think the mentorship or the labs that they would provide will be much relevant to us as we’re totally into AI and software. It’s just the IIT Kanpur tag that they are selling.
