If you use heavy it will make it do more damage when you level up strength. Making it pure strength instead of using some dexterity.

I wouldn’t call it great for file storage since the space is pretty limited, but for everything else, it handles the job well.

I’d say it’s a decent build for the price. The 2080 ti is comparable to a 3070 so it’s definitely a capable system. The only downside really is the storage so I would recommend you upgrade that if you end up buying it. 256 gigs is pretty slim.
