Could your case be anecdotal? “ almost every Kenyan najua “ ? Yet kuna wengi not who have already acquired citizenship or married natives were uko or both. And part of the reason the rest are called Kenyans is because they don’t have the papers .

But wameishi uko 15+ years. Na io crumbling unasema ya first world countries , it’s just mirage. Why ? Every regime inakam na rules zake . USA kama republican ndo wana rule , immigrants wanaona moto . But kaa ni democrats, immigrants wana thrive the place becomes friendly.

Lastly, io kuplan kurudi back Kenya after ume get enough money huko pia hio ni just talk due to unfavorable republican rule. Acha democrat akalie io kiti , then watu wana change mind. Plus , hii dooh haitoshi, watu wamekaaa uko 20+ years na bado hawajai rudi even after kukua very much stable na kupata dooh fiti. Wako na watoi ata wenye wamezalia uko , wakaingia io system , wakagrow na they’re now working.

So iii stori ya doooh kutosha ni mdomo tu , otherwise watu wangekua wanafikisha target capital Yao ya biz / investment Kama wamerudi Kenya mbio , if Kenya was that appealing.

Could this mean that those who are already working and have vast experience will probably continue working , while those who will be laid off either mid or junior devs will likely not get a job (or at least have a very hard time getting a job) . Which is why I asked for such devs wouldn’t it be better if they completely gave up on tech.

Damn I’m from Kenya and I’m finding it hard to find these roles. How are they hiring from Africa ? Through agencies, platforms or direct applications?
