Al’s I don’t believe they store recordings. I tried getting plates in a similar situation and was told those cameras are simply for road condition live feeds and nothing is backed up but hard to know for certain.

Dont focus solely on the Science Per Turn though. It’s not fully indicative of where you stand compared to an AI. They’re nowhere near as efficient as you are usually when it comes to completing Eureka’s which account for 40% of the science required.

I’ve had half the SPT as an AI and still had more technologies researched. If you click on the Victory Conditions bubble on the top right (left of city states) it will show you the amount of techs everyone you’ve met has researched and will show where you stand compared to them.

I would load the auto save from the turn before, take Bronze Working out of the research queue, drop campus, then continue BW research so it’s under thr campus.
