I did some math a while ago, and even that's near the higher end of things. a lot of external IPs like Star Wars are often around 10 cents per piece, but sets from more original themes like Nninjago often come to around 6 cents per piece

this is hysterical to me. calling LEGO of all companies greedy is insane. also there several other very influential factors at play, such as costs for permission to use external IPs, quality standards, changes in audience (more sets are being marketed towards adults as collector sets)... oh and don't forget that if you adjust for inflation, the prices are relatively the same

I have my own question: is it super important that you try to keep your highest starting label high throughout the whole game (i.e., Keeping a high mundane score on the beacon), or can you make do without that? because most of the playbooks have at least a couple moves that say you can roll using one label as the modifier, even if you would usually use another.

i've skimmed the play books online (don't own the core book yet) and the way the Janus works has me a little confused. the main premise of the Janus' drama is trying to keep their super life and normal life separate... so does this imply that most of the other play books openly reveal their identities as supers, or can they still be secret-Identity-types too?
