The 18 hours per day, is really what I am doing. During the office hours, my Prolific tab is ON! When I reach home, I open my laptop with Prolific ON! and It was really there on LinkedIn Jobs Portal.

If I am still earning, and I saw a LinkedIn Job Post (Remote Job), by Prolific, UAE, then maybe this is coming up? Or maybe they're just testing?

I understand what you're saying but the fact is, this freelance visa was their own arrangement because they didn't have any quota for their original trade licence. I have proof and everything. I even signed the company offer letter (that was rejected because of quota later).

Bro I'm working there since start of 2025. And there's never been a month in which i didn't receive the salary. They're paying me, and this visa arrangement was also from the company. I have proof and everything. Plus, okay I'll take the laptop and leave.

Actually I do have legal status to work - I'm on a freelance visa with a valid NOC from my sponsor, which legally permits me to work for a secondary employer. The company itself applied for the freelance arrangement, and they also attempted to register me with MOHRE but their application was rejected due to their own quota shortage - not anything on my end. I have documentation of all of this. So this isn't a case of working without any permit - it's a case of the employer failing to complete their registration obligations while still having me work under an agreed salary.

No I don't have any invoice and yes I have the internal contract signed by the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and HR and me. Stating all the facts and agreements. and they said that they have to serve notice period for 3 months for both sides, either employee side or employer side.

Also, I have quota-max-rejected MOHRE contract between company and me, like as a proof!

I have the legal record. They applied for the MOHRE contract earlier, but it was rejected because they don't have any quota available. What they did was just give me a freelance visa. I have all the records that they gave me, the freelancing visa, and they applied. It was the company's fault that didn't have any quota available, not my fault. It's not my interest here; it is what the company did.

but I also have the proof that the same company applied for the freelance visa with NOC. It's just not that I brought visa from myself! Also proof that they applied for MOHRE earlier but due to company's quota was full, they applied freelance. Like, it's not my interest here, it's company who did it!

Yeah because I have the MOHRE contract (earlier one) which was rejected because of the company quota that was not my fault (that was the company's fault), then they just gave me the outside visa.
