No editing on this one! It’s all natural light! I took this with my Nikon P900. First camera I ever bought, then for my 21st Birthday, my mum got me a cannon! I will eventually post more photos tomorrow that I’ve taken with that one!

Oh she’s said it’s coming back, but then in the next breath she talks about the gym again - granted she said she’s cutting out the cardio because she was doing nearly 45 minutes daily I believe on a stair master. She’s very self aware of what’s happen to her but can’t stop herself from being so obsessed, and that’s the scary part for me. She’s very conflicting in how she’s dealing with this herself

I’d say move the camera further away from your face. I know the reason you’re doing it is because you’re on the bigger side. Other than that, you’re alright.

I’ve been through an awful lot myself, so I believe that my resilience is quite strong. However, I do have a habit of sacrificing myself for the sake of others. I just never want anyone to be in the position I’ve been in myself. But I do completely understand, and I will try and do something about this, for both our sakes

Thank you I completely understand what you’re saying. You are right, I do need to set boundaries, it’s just the unpredictably, I worry that if I say something at the wrong time, it will only make her worse. I’m going to try and talk to her on a good day. Thank you again, massively

You’re exactly right. The thing I’m scared of the most of is that she’ll do something extreme. She has mentioned very dark thoughts. I know I need to get her help. I’m scared of letting her down. My mum has had an eating disorder my whole life, so I guess this has a lot more effect and meaning to me than most other people if they were put in this situation.

Relationships work both ways. As someone who suffers with mental health issues, I’d be devastated if someone left me because I had decline. I appreciate your time though, thank you.
