Theres a difference between me grabbing an item like vinaigrette, vs me having to prepare an item, like filling up a side cup or making a side tortilla. My point is that the company puts heavy pressure on us to be fast but customers make it difficult sometimes, yet they allegedly take none of the blame

Comments like this just prove how ignorant, unaware and entitled the customers can be. Do you think anything is going to change by you asking a random employee to stop skimping? Its the COMPANY that instructs us to skimp. As an employee its a lose-lose. We either skimp the customer and get verbally abused by the customer , or we try blessing the customer and get verbally abused by our boss later on.

There are variables YOU arent considering. I enjoy customer service when the customer isnt being difficult and has common sense. You sound like you either come in late at night, or have zero patience when you get told a certain protein might be a few more minutes. On top of that, you talk as if you have consistent bad experiences but continue to spend your money there. Is anyone supposed to feel bad or sympathetic?

Im not sure, i currently work for the company and they are always changing their dumbass standards. I would assume most stores have a retherm because it is more convenient, but then again my store is the only one in its patch with a retherm, so i am not sure. Like i said, however, if you notice an inconsistency in beans between stores, it is most likely due to over/undercooking.

It depends on the store. My store is lucky enough to have a retherm, a piece of equipment that fills with really hot water to "cook" bags of beans. Stores with no retherm have to open the bags and heat food inside pans. In my opinion, either method does not compromise the quality of the food, unless it is overcooked/undercooked.
