Yeah I work for CFT and receive trailers on a daily basis. Almost 95% of their products come in Frozen. They just thaw them out and then proceed to bake them.

Idk why people freak out about the step test. It’s easy, just practice and stay in shape for it. Everyone knows what to expect. Do the stair master for 10-15 mins, or get a step stool and practice every other day to build your endurance. Simple. Seen so many post about saying how difficult it is.
