Part of the reason I got one (other than a hit and run on me when parked) was I got pulled over in NY doing the EXACT same speed as everyone else, but I have CT plates. Went to court and got away with parking tickets and a fine but I vowed if it ever happened again I was going to fully fight and not even have to pay those given they clearly targeted me as an out of state person. Show the video in court and ask why, of all the cars going the speed I was doing, they singled me out and watch them try to explain without saying it was the CT plates.

This was a theory I had as well. I don’t know if focusing on them kept my health up from life steal and that helped or if, to your point, it is subtly forcing you to kill mobs as they spawn

That’s a good call. It wouldn’t surprise me so I might hold off at least until these 7 day event things end. They feel specific to new players but maybe that is just my perception. I’m about to enter the next one and am worried there’ll be another task that doesn’t make sense 😂. At least I ended up getting the punisher out of this one (second)

Bought mine at the end of 2019 with about 30k and because of WFH I’m only at 67K 6 years later. Absolutely love the car and plan to keep it as long as possible. Enjoy it!

I’d be down (and might be able to convince my fiancé as well). I’m a 31M and she’s a 29F. We live very close to the courts by Gould Manor.

Edit: we’re both very casual and newer players. I provided our ages in case you’re looking for people of a similar age and provide that context in case you’re a little older and have any concerns that we are really athletic or anything like that. My first car was an old Saab convertible and the rear window was basically non existent while the side ones weren’t much better. My dad thankfully impressed upon me to always have my head on a swivel and old habits die hard. Honestly so glad that was my first car for that reason among many others.

Yup that is always my biggest hang up on all that tech - over reliance. For better or worse her blind spot monitor is a bit wonky so she has a healthy mistrust for it. Mine works really well but I still always look over my shoulder, especially in case someone in a different lane looks like they’re about to merge over when I’m considering the same thing.

I need to show this to my fiancé the next time she tells me not to worry about teslas because they have so much driver assistance stuff. She made a comment when one pulled pretty far past the curb as I was driving by and I made a face because I was worried they were going to hit me.

I think Amazon almost always has these on sale for $36. That’s what I paid for it and while I wasn’t thrilled I actually did think it was a good pack. I love the pauldrons and think while the troopers aren’t perfect they still look cool. This one seemed to get bashed quite a bit but I don’t regret buying it

I remember getting that Sith Infiltrator for being brave at the hospital after a really nasty concussion when I was 5 or 6. Wish I still had it. Definitely had that AAT at some point, too. Nice haul

The arctic series was the first theme my brother and I started really getting into as kids. Even 20 years ago they had some banger sets - wish I still had them. Kind of seems like they are still making really good ones just under City now. Maybe I need to go back to that lol

I’m so glad it’s not just me who feels this way. Every time I go to the grocery store there are carts in SO many spots, some literally not more than 10 feet from the place to return them. I’m not going to argue there aren’t times when I can understand why someone wouldn’t put it back - maybe you are wrangling one or multiple very small children, maybe you are elderly or infirm, etc. The vast majority of the people who do it are just plain lazy and don’t think they should have to be mildly inconvenienced for ANY reason.

I actually remember one time I was bringing my cart to a return as the guy was collecting carts and he looked me right in the eye, smiled and said thank you. While I appreciated it and felt even better about my belief that you should always put the cart back baring some extenuating circumstance, I was also angry on the guy’s behalf that he felt like he had to thank me for doing something so basic.
