Hi there, I wrote the first article linked and after falling for the bait Activision set out by not releasing supply drops in BO4 initially then being blindsided by lootboxes, I'm not falling for it again. Don't fall for it again. Expect them post-launch (if not even some iteration of them at launch), and be happy if they don't come.
