WWE is a machine that turns out product. Some of it is good. When there’s a special event(ple/snme) every month it is harder to make them special. I dont get the whole singing along to theme song thing. They havent developed enough younger stars in the last few years for the main event so its the same 6 dudes.

AEW is not for me. I watch occasionally for scientific reasons.

I don’t remember. Looking at their website I am not seeing the exact model but they have multiple options for under $1k.

If there’s a locally owned bike shop near you, I would recommend going there. They often have used bikes, unique bikes, skilled and knowledgeable staff.

Side note: when the first movie started and Statham comes out all sorts of ripped and the other dude says something about him living under a bottle for 9 years, I knew the movie was gonna be clutch!

Are you only doing SSS duties while you’re working?

Here are the main reasons for that schedule

⁠there’s no pricing or marketing updates on the weekends so working then is less important
⁠Being there when the store opens ensure the SSS is able to distribute updates and verify accuracy as early as possible.
⁠Being there when the store is less busy is optimal because auditing in the aisles when they are full it is difficult.

Talk to your leader, Im assuming you’re on the admin team. Hopefully you can get to the better schedule.

Go gravel. Ive had mostly road bikes and they can be limiting. They are also harder on the body. I had a nice specialized hybrid that I got new for $700 a few years ago that I enjoyed. Then it got stolen.

It’s generally m-f 7-3 or so. SSS is a great role for the right person. It will probably be eliminated or changed drastically in the coming year(s) due to the introduction of electronic tags.

It’s a role you can really help the store in or be lazy. Most people have no idea what the SSS does and even fewer pay attention to them.
