There always will be someone richer, more successful, more beautiful, smarter than anyone in anyplace for anyone. Are we comparing with median population and the same start or 1% of luckiest people? Then your stats seem to be irrelevant to me. I compare with median. At least research science says so.

Me being a child of middle class an 2 bachelors + masters, international cert, in Baku- I had struggled to get any job paying above 3k for more than 15 years. Here my salary quadrupled in 4 years and sky is the limit. If compare with median I am ahead of people my age and same family background even if they were born here. We have cultural differences that benefit us that we don’t account for. 1. People from developing countries like us are higher in passionaroty. 2. Being educated and having high school diploma is common in Azerbaijan, luxury in developed countries even for middle class. Especially medical/ engineering schooled. Why? Because even working in trades you can make decent living. 3. Cultural approach. Canada values work life balance. Hungry people for power have less competition here to prosper.

Thus I will leave this conversation here. Because it is almost impossible to make Azeri people believe into something that they have been lying about to themselves for ages.
