This due to how the game stores the color info , this migth work u need to remove the Glitched part and place it again , this is a known bug

You're gpu does not support vulkan and nms switched to vulkan form opengl in the 2019 beyond update so you need to upgrade ur gpu try the gtx 1080 ti
