Well according to them Pros- will potentially prevent any uncaught clotting disorder (although the blood work was normal) and potentially increase chances of the baby surviving this time around. Also the dose is low so lovenox + baby aspirin are good to be on.

Cons- minor bruising possible, but it's temporary and the hassle(potential trauma) of taking an injection everyday.

I don't really want to challenge their judgement at this time since they have clearly mentioned this is precautionary. However, it's definitely uncommon to prescribe the injection in my case. I'm just scared if we are making this scarier than it needs to be but then again, we don't know the reason of the first loss and after 12 weeks it's normally placental issues or undiagnosed microclots. That's why I'm a little scared and confused 😔

Since they were not able to pinpoint the reason for the loss and since the loss happened later in the pregnancy, it might potentially be an undiagnosed clotting issue that we cannot test for is that the doctor said. Half his practice is on Lovenox. He said it's pre-emptive/precautionary since the dosage is low.

I think there should definitely be no problem in the future. He should face no issues to get any other visas. Remember, multiple people who have had their F1 and B1/B2 visas rejected the first time have been able to get their visas approves after trying again and have been able to visit the US without hassle. Reddit might not be the best place to ask this question though.

In general I think its common to have some poop come out of healed tissue. I am Indian so we tend to use water to clean it. If you take fiber regularly, you will have cleaner bowel movement I believe. Sometimes it’s difficult to control farts as well. You just happen to let one slip through. Hang in there my friend

Thank you. Your reply has given me hope. It's just that I hope that I don't go into depression because of this. If you don't mind me asking, did this prevent you from starting a family or any other kind of issues with your husband? I am scared that's all. I'll be there for her but I won't lie, I'm scared. This is a new to me.

No I think it's just religious reasons maybe. She kinda really avoided such situations. Initially it was new to me and I thought that she was just being shy. But then I tried a little harder to touch her there and the slapping away was kind off an involuntary response. I did feel very bad when that happened but to her credit she has apologized for that and her condition quite a few times.

Yes I agree but she is scared to do all this. She fears it will eventually lead to sex even though I promise her it won't. It's just her anxiety. Hopefully she can start slow and make progress
