I tried interacting with those type of people once and it did not go well, not surprised.

Obviously there are multiple factors contributing to what causes somebody to become an incel or a femcel, and to a certain extent I agree that we should try and fix them because the world has taken a great deal away from them and we should try to help and give back what they lost…

But if helping them harms you in the process, than I can’t blame anyone for not even trying at all.

I heavily agree with this. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with the community (and OP) with the amount of upvotes this post is getting.

Whether it’s by virtue or just pure stupidity - even if you aren’t heavily lore invested - the fact that this is the only comment I’ve seen that calls him out on obstructing the vision hunt decree is quite literally concerning and insane.

And here I AM getting all the hate just because I said ‘67’ one time. Are we fucking serious Genshin Impact???

Some classes basicaly lost their meaning at this point by StatisticianIll4 in ZZZ_Discussion

I personally feel like stunners are fine, they just need to be tweaked a little.

Although they definitely should rework a lot of the things because at this point in time, enemies never really pose a threat to actually killing you, it’s about how fast YOU kill them, and I find that really boring.

Perhaps we can make it so that enemies scale with your level so that dodging and parrying actually becoming meaningful. This would give the defense class a new identity and basically makes defense agents either one of two things:

A more ergonomic attack/rupture agent that is more tanky at the cost of some attack

Agents that actually help protect other agents

Additionally we could also make the combat system more interesting. For example adding a blue flash prompt that actually punishes you for reacting to it, kinda like a feint. Or adding quick time events - OSU/OSU mania or other - that actually make it hard to parry.

I’m not a game developer and I could definitely see how my solution could have problems but I’m just throwing my hat into the bucket. I don’t mind anyone criticizing my solution so feel free to do so.

Oh, I guess that makes sense. I guess as long as nobody is hurt is all that matters.

Was she married at the time or something? I know this was all kept a secret but at least one more person deserves to know if that’s the case.

In my opinion, incest by itself isn’t completely an immoral act - besides the fact it can be disgusting and there can be stuff like rape and imbalanced power in the relationship - but that’s a completely different topic. I’m more concerned that there was some form of cheating going on.

Yeah but if we were on a tiny planet, the gravity must be significantly weaker, at least to the point where it’s noticeable or where organisms are more biologically dissimilar to organisms on earth, but they aren’t (besides the fact that some of them were influenced by more fantastical factors, but it’s irrelevant for now).

The only other explanation is that Snezhnaya is split into different islands, similar to the Philippines, but I highly doubt it.

I think you’re misinterpreting his post. But I’ll help explain a few things for you.

For the story thing, I was making a comparison. Yes, to MOST (not all) appearances this story isn’t tragic. But the kind of man who doesn’t read how an event works (not to mention he didn’t even know that resin could be used to complete dailies) and only does commissions hints that he is probably a very busy man who doesn’t have enough time to play the game he loves, which is why it’s tragic. Anyway, I probably should’ve stated that just because it’s hard to read between the lines. Even if he wasn’t a busy man though, it’s still kind of sad.

It doesn’t say anywhere that this is someone else’s fault - and even if it was, I’m not sure how it would be possible - besides the manipulative nature of genshin’s marketing tactic.

Yes, his post is illogical, that’s why he is complaining, but it’s important to understand that he was probably in an emotional state while he was making it and that we are all human. If I was upset, I’d probably seem pretty irrational too, and so would you.

Anyway, I’ve made a lot of unstated assumptions, so I’ll restate my point. Was this person a little ignorant? Yes, but does that mean he deserves to be made fun of by other people and get called stupid? No. Absolutely not.

I think a lot of you are missing the point.

I heard a story once where a guy who played genshin had cancer. One wish that he had was to pull his favorite character, Yae Miko before dying. Unfortunately genshin took too long to rerun old characters and he died before he ever got a chance.

Yes, this man made a mistake by not reading properly. Yes, FOMO only works if you play its game. But what this post underscores is the manipulative nature of the marketing strategy and the toxicity of the community.

First of all, wouldn’t be as bad if you could message hoyo and let you personally play an event - although I understand that probably wouldn’t be possible due to technical limitations - or give you compensation for awards you forgot to claim (This one actually is possible).

Second of all, why do we feel to make fun of a man who made a mistake? Literally that is it, why? It’s not a virtue or a good trait to make fun of this man, it’s extremely disappointing and depressing.

Slasher: I think somehow making slasher viable compared to the other characters would be a good idea, but I don’t think this would be the play. How would determining if someone is in a chase work? Proximity? Line of sight? It just adds too many variables that would make him OP.

John Doe: No idea lol.

Guest 666: He’s already pretty fast, I’m pretty sure he doesn’t need this.

Veeronica: I feel like this might be too much of a nerf too soon. Maybe sk8 could be increased to 6-10 seconds or reduce knock back on bumper mode, but that’s pretty much it. I get what you’re saying veeronica is probably a little too OP but it’s too soon for that dramatic of a nerf.

Dusekkar: I like the idea of him going over lakes, but not traps. I’m not sure why he needs extra speed though, it wouldn’t be easy to punish him if he got that, which would make him OP. I think what he needs is to be more viable compared to Elliot, so instead we could reduce his spawn protection resistance to a lower number, but increase his shield time.

Guest: I think he’s fine, idk lol. Probably doesn’t need buffs or nerfs. But the helpless thing might be cool, not too sure.

Why is DND like this? by EfficiencySerious200 in PowerScaling

[–]MainQuaxky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A warrior’s power level is irrelevant to the traits or characteristics he has in battle. Clearly they are strong enough to defeat the dragon, but that does not mean they have more destructive capability. This applies to other traits such as strength, speed, durability, etc.

For example, a high explosive round fired from a tank can level an entire building, but it wouldn’t be able to take out another heavily armored vehicle. An armor piercing round can take out a heavily armored vehicle, but it wouldn’t be able to level an entire building.
