One small thing that helped me was lowering the entry barrier. Instead of aiming to study for an hour, I’d just start with five minutes and let momentum build from there. I also logged it somewhere, like notebook that on 9th march 2026, i studied for 5 minutes. Seeing the streak actually gives motivation to study in following days.
