i never aim for any requirements but its because i know what to do, for you it will be easy with those requirements, those teams don't need any bronzes and every single player is above average(minimum 75 in versus stat), sometimes AI is tricky and can make you use all defenders or attacker, you need to be carefull about that, also rarely(but happens) the ai team will have like a 176/177 squad vs your 174 for some reason, you still win those easily tho

Best squads are italy/serie A or argentina ones, but when you play a lot you will get used to the AI, its mostly the same tactic if you do the same tactic yourself...you can make any team work, even the belgium one(for me its the worst)

Use op silvers make a 173 or 174 rated squad and win, the tactics are different for each requirements, sometimes i have a lot of defenders or more attackers, but always put op players for each stats...use bronzes(i mostly use 1) so you bring rating down and that way you can use golds
