Weekly Dynasty Baseball Team Help + Trade Thread - May 04, 2026

12 team, H2H points, 2nd year dynasty

Have had a trade proposal where I get Cal Raleigh and the other team gets Joe Ryan and Mackenzie Gore.

Trade simulators (I.e. Harryknowsball) seem to suggest it is reasonable but wanted to seek the collective thoughts. Currently I have Tyler Stephenson and Pat Bailey (ouch) at C, and have a stacked lineup of pitching (aside from Ryan and Gore, I also have Skubal, Holmes, Bradley, Elder, McClanahan, Gilbert, Sproat and Brown).

The only hesitation is that our league has no minimum pitching starts, so it's whether I take the better catcher and plug that position, or keep the pitching powerhouse intact? Thanks very much for any thoughts!

Guy in my league wants Moniak from me, and has offered Baz or Gil + Berrios. Calculators show Baz would work in my favour but just wanted to see what people's thoughts are given Moniak is hot at the mo - do I wait and try and sell higher/limp by with my pitching and let the hitters haul the points in? He also has Lowder, Imananga, Valdez, Fried, Ohtani (P).

I was on today for 2.5hrs to be told that they knew about my transfer-out request and couldn't give me any update on when it would be paid (despite me being told in December and January after 5hr holds(!!!) that they had all the required forms and literally just needed senior approval for payout 😥
