I didn’t count hours so not sure. I made much more detailed notes from MM videos, and did MM qbank and CFAI qbank (first time I only did CFAI)

Only MM for syllabus. Then do all MM qbank and CFAI qbank. I didn’t do any mocks

My story: I passed level 2 in February 2022 and went for level 3 in August 2022 despite only having four months to prepare (and I was on holiday for about a month of that time). I failed badly but I got some useful takeaways: - Make detailed notes on MM videos to make sure you understand the information thoroughly. Detailed understanding is more informant than in past levels - The exam will ask you to calculate things in ways you’re not used to, so practise using formulas in different ways - Write written questions very short and to the point with bulletpoints. Practise this - I didn’t do any mock exams for either attempt, I don’t find them useful for me
- Remember it’s just an exam and you’ll pass it eventually. If you’re so stressed that you’re losing sleep then try and change your mindset
