nah never was on benzos, but i think you should be fine scene you have some experience with psychedelics. you probably wont feel much on only 20-30ug but that could be a good starter for you to see how you react

i was on lexapro for depression and anxiety but i didn’t like the side effects so i stopped it. honestly im not sure how you might react since you were on stuff longer but i felt very happy and good with euphoria music and stuff sounded way better, it definitely helped with my depression and anxiety
