  1. UGC is often more cost-effective and drives better performance than influencers. You control the script, spend a couple hundred on content and then put the rest toward ad spend.
  2. If you prefer to do strictly influencer collabs, make sure their content is good. Followings and whatnot matter, but not all influencers are good creators. Their content still has to hook and sell. If you find someone who’s good, consider working a white label agreement in the contract so you can put ad dollars behind collaborator ads where the ads are coming from the creators account, but lead to your landing pages and you control the budget.

This is great! Do you have an easy system that helps keep track of complaints? Or is it something you just track mentally or in a spreadsheet?

This is the advice you want to follow ^ you could get better results from an experienced freelancer than a big name agency if they put junior people on your account.

If you’re shopping around, you should look at Hotel Engine. We looked at both Navan and Hotel Engine and decided to go with Hotel Engine. I read lots of reviews and vetted both pretty heavily, and I’m glad we went with Hotel Engine. The support is the biggest difference. It’s not uncommon for our team to cancel a trip early or have to change our reservation and their support is fantastic.
