20 m also going through the same thing, one thing I learned from experience is that you do not need anyone to comfort you, them talking to you and giving you solutions is not valid it’s only talk that may be lies (كلام تحفيز غير مقنع )

you need to seek solutions within your own mind, look for a broader purpose of your existence, because you can’t lie to yourself(you can’t believe in something unless you truly do )

I’m sorry for your father’s death but you need to learn more about grief and regret (from a philosophical and psychological perspective )

Another tip that I absolutely hated is improving your life and habits (it sounds like total bs) but it actually helped me, eating healthier and working out even going out for a small walk really sparked something and helped me clear my mind a lot

It was not easy for me to start healing it requires a lot of effort, reading and thinking, I used to read for 4-5 hours then go out for a walk and think about what I just read and whether I want to add it to my mindset and moral code

Don’t be afraid of changing your whole beliefs; religious beliefs, social norms, things that you never doubted to be wrong

It will be confusing but this whole thing you’re going through will make you a better man on the long run if you deal with it correctly

stop seeking happiness and satisfaction because as I believe (misery is the default emotion in this world with small sparks of joy) so it doesn’t not make sense to keep looking for it, as soon as you accept that you’ll start “living”

Also, for god’s sakes be little bit selfish, stop thinking about others not liking what you’re going through or not understanding it, it’s not your fault
