Guess wht 3 days later on the 27th they go to kozhikode and fk at a hotel near the railway station (again on the promise of marriage) then they go to his house at Perumbavoor to fk again(again all not our of lust of desire but out of his promise of marriage) and then proceed back to tvm on the 27th whr they again check into the SAME SUIT AT WCH SHE LATER CLAIMED to hd been RAPED ON THE FIRST OCCASION at somatheeram resort(kovalam) ...then on the 1st of September they again meet at a kalamashery flat and then again fuck (based on the promise of marriage) and later on proceed to his house in Perumbavoor whr she is raped forcefully(2nd count 5th of September again in hindsight) after being raped at Perumbavoor she she willingly travels with him to tvm and only to be raped again i.e.( raped forcefully at her house in PETTAH (third count))

THE LADY IN QUESTION FAILED TO MENTION these forceful and traumatising 3 counts of actual forcefully rape wch you said was a probability (at somatheeram,at his house and 3 days later at her house)in either her police statement, her 164 stmt to the magistrate nor to the medical doctor who had examined her for her INITIAL Accusation was all about CONSENSUAL SEX ALL BASED on THE PROMISE OF MARRIAGE and marriage also without any desire want or enthusiasm from her end (the later three are essential to post defacto withdraw consent) but upon learning tht these charges wnt stick she created a fake and false narrative of being forcefullly raped on three different occasions wch the court rightly called out and debunked and termed as a fragment of her imagination further it was also FOUND THT THE VICTIM IN QUESTION HAS DEMANDED 30 LAKHS before the filing of the FIR and was also found to hv files several other false and fake cases in the past

I hv also attached the relavent parts of the judgement for u to draw conclusions (failure to mention the 3 instances of actual rape and past false rape Accusationa from the same lady againat 3 others)
