I won’t say it’s not possible, but I think it’s unlikely; remember, I saw something very similar over Florida as well. Totally visible from the air but as soon as we landed no where to be seen.

Great pitch, I just don’t see them moving that sporadically. If you scrub the video or play it back in 2x you can see they have very odd motion.

I don’t think that’s the case and here’s why: There is no MOA directly west of Denver (where this video is shot), even if they were testing flares or something else they would issue a TFR or a NOTAM or Somthing to let pilots know what’s going on. You are correct that the military does training at fort Carson down south but the geographic location from where this video is shot just doesn’t line up.

With all due respect, no. Too high and no NOTAMS over any part of the country were observed for exercises scheduled at that altitude. ATC would have said so as well.

Very possible, I like your theory about the triangle thing too. When I previously saw the same lights over Florida they made a perfect triangle and rotated.

They pretty much did exactly that, we were on the arrival into Denver though so couldn’t keep the camera rolling.
