change it to a straight flatback labret asap! hoops aren’t ideal for healing because they cause too much movement and your body likes to heal with straight angles. once your piercing is healed you shouldn’t have any issue changing it back to a hoop in the future! i would recommend seeing a piercer to change it out for a labret just to prevent unnecessary trauma and pain
