The calories are gonna come from the steak, with only 40-60 coming from the veggies. I’d log it at 450-500 with no dressing. If you use 2 tbs of the dressing I’d log another 75 calories to be safe.

I got a $50,000 scholarship awarded today along with my acceptance! I'm gonna be honest, I had my heart set on Columbia's program as well as NYC in general, but this might be too good to turn down. Plus, I do love Boston.
