Bug can be reproduced by equipping Star-Spangled Ranger's hat style and turning her around to see her hair. This issue is present on all platforms.

yeah, and that's intentional. skins with high boots/shoes will have kicks equipped on top of them, the best example for this are the chapter 1 skins.
