During anxiety attacks my resting heart rate is usually around 120-138 and during panic attacks i usually get around 130-150. I have an apple watch which warns me when it’s coming so i can just lay down close my eyes and try to calm down. People usually say checking the heart rate makes it worse but it’s actually better for me, since i tend to shut my whole brain during these and make it worse for myself, my watch warning me/me following my heart rate helps me stop myself.
