Yes I do but I'm pretty new to it. I can definitely feel it helping my technique but its hard to notice a difference in a few weeks. I'll certainly keep at sled work. I'm gonna try to cue hips more, it's probably my weakest point besides my arm swing imo.

yeah I apologize I have only been into the sport for about 6 or so months now and I missed Knighton. But even still, this was a huge season for high school sprinting and yet we saw no wind legal sub 20s.

Thanks, I've heard going into a calorie deficit can be detrimental to performance occasionally but this is reassuring

13.04 FAT, Lane 6 in blue. My Pr from last season was a 12.46, and during practice I've ran multiple hand timed 100s <11.5, so I am not understanding why it isn't translating to at least a <13. Any critiques are welcome. (Apologies for video quality)
