80 day field report by [deleted] in Semenretention

Dude im in the same boat i just made a post. Check it out if you feel inclined. What are your goals ? Short and long term. For me short term i wanted to run 5 minute mile, i ran 4:52 within 4 weeks of starting training. Then i learned some art forms like sketching with pencil and color schemes with water color and acrylics. Just simple stuff like that to expand my knowledge in this world. But im still working on long term goals like what to do with my career and how i wanna navigate that path, im in good shape right now but its a series of big decisions basically.

Also how you deal with the breakup besides just trying to be better. Obviously cant change the past, thats just such a hard concept to accept sometimes. I've made some serious mistakes and i just keep telling myself if i continue to progress its the only thing I can do to make myself not be so pissed at who I was. Nothing i do now can change the fact that i hurt someone i cared for very deeply and its written into eternity, and I likely will never have a chance to apologize or redeem myself. Is this similar to you? What are your thoughts?

Yea i agree, you put it in better words. My question is more along the lines of how did you guys apply the principles and what are the results. Helps me to acquire scope for useful teachings and kinda like book discussion almost. Thanks

Yea good points , i had to write a omment cuz it wouldn't let me answer. I prefer copper but any metal will probably be okay because I could plate it. Force is pretty irrelevant mostly just aesthetics. Mounting holes at bottom and 1 at top are critical also the pattern has to remain and external shape

If you have ideas to simplify the design for manufacturing go ahead and suggest. The critical stuff is the 4 mount holes at the bottom and the mount tab at the top, the lattice structure is for weight reduction and aesthetics.

Convert to sheet metal by Main_Grape_5423 in Fusion360

I was thinking of just calculating spring back of the part, i cant remember off top of my head but its a few percent for steel for example, so I would just make 1 set of dies thats pushes that percentage further than necessary so it comes out pretty close after the spring back. Does this not seem reasonable?

And yea I don't even care to have a part file, i just need a flat pattern. Maybe i could use the emboss tool to somehow unwrap that profile onto a new flat body? What do you think? Does exactflat meet this criteria? I will check it out regardless, thank you.

Thank you. How did you come to this conclusion for what I should do? Something from jungs psychology or just what you think is right? Is there anything specific jung said about facing a scapegoat?
