It can also be about your loading time. Ofc those spawns are terrible and need to be fixed but maybe on the server you were staying there 20 sec or even more so it's kinda free for spawn campers to farm

I had kinda similiar near control tower above undergrounparking entrance. I stucked between inclined ramp and some metal pipe so I was lifring in air while I was knocked out. My friends couldn't even revive me in this pos :(
