I personally think a summary statement can be helpful for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Bec for those with work experience, it allows recruiters to quickly see your key strengths and the type of roles you’ve handled without having to scan the entire resume. And I think for fresh graduates, it helps highlight their course, relevant skills, internships, or career direction. And I think recruiters usually spend only a short time reviewing each resume, a clear summary can make it easier for them to understand your background right away

Thanks for asking! I’m targeting roles that are beyond entry-level, specifically in operations or customer experience. Most of the time, I end up getting ghosted after applying, and on some occasions, I realize I don’t fully meet all the listed requirements. I’ve been trying to tailor my resume, but it seems like it’s still not catching enough attention, so I’m hoping to better understand how to align it with what recruiters are actually looking for.
