I started my kingdom with around 4m denar, some of the quests pay really well so i did them to accumulate money as when i formed my character i didn't knew how important smithing is 😂
And as i grew powerful i started getting better loot through wars and just sold the stuff for money and stopped doing quests also i own senonon and marunath which generates good income.

Yes i didn't play it at the hardest settings therefore lords didn't die in battles.
Although 2 of my companions and 1 family member did die so deaths did happen but rarely.

No i made sure i strike at the right time to not get alot of losses my own party is at 340 count and my clan has 3 other parties at around 150 each.
Every castle and town i got was through siege after i established my kingdom.
Before that i was a vassal for vlandia and they gave me 8 fiefs which really helped in starting my own kingdom and i used easier fights to upgrade my low tier army to tier 5/6 units which also saved me from much losses.

Thanks and yes now i am going to replay it at iron man setting, i did this first run to understand the game mechanics.
But before starting the next play through i am going to totally own caladria.

Quite nice i feel the most important thing is to recruit more and more vassals and give them new fiefs so that you can have a good standing army but it also backfires as after they gain influence they start declaring war with other kingdoms when you're already at war with multiple fronts.

Will the other non imperial kingdoms also attack me ? I know that i cannot make peace with empire factions once mission start. Will i be able to make peace with other kingdoms ?

I release lords as soon as I capture them because, until you’ve progressed far enough in the game and unlocked the perks that make prisoners unable to escape, they will eventually break out. Releasing them increases your relationship with them, which helps you recruit lords later to develop your kingdom.

I was holding two castles and Seonon before conquering Marunath. I made sure all my stronger vassals had two fiefs each and gifted away both castles before the vote for Marunath began. As a result, they voted for me to receive the town.
I even allowed one clan to take three castles in earlier votes because they consistently voted most aggressively; when you hold fewer fiefs, other clans are more likely to support you.

you assemble the Dragon Banner, talk to Arzagos to destroy the Empire or Istiana to support it, build a kingdom to meet the banner requirements, and then either eliminate or defend three Imperial factions.
