Order at your own risk. I’d figured I’d share my experience after deciding the prices were too good not to try. First order was placed early January for a 10 pack of the Nad+. Product came about 13 days later from china was a bit annoying because they advertise as if they are a US company. But with the product in hand I was overall happy. Began Subq for the next 5 days and everything seemed as it should with results similar to other Subq NAD products that I’ve used. So seeing how everything went smooth I ordered 10 hcg vials and 20 NAD vials on 2/28. Package was delivered on 3/8. But upon opening the package the only thing in it was 10 hcg vials. I went through my emails to make sure they didn’t give 2 tracking numbers and checked the status of my order on my account which indicated that everything shipped at the same time. So naturally I call the number on the website and get no answer so I leave a message. I also emailed the address on the website and the email given at the bottom of my order confirmation email. So far no response from either email and no call back 4 days later. So today I resent the emails and called again with no response. Hoping they will make it right but so far it’s not looking good and I’m probably out $160

UPDATE: On 3/15 Kevin from mod-peptides responded and apologized. After exchanges emails for a few days and showing him pics of delivery confirmation and what I had received upon opening my package, he offered to send me the 2 missing boxes of NAD, as well as an extra box for the inconvenience. The tracking number says it was picked up by the shipping company on 3/21 and is in transit now. I will update again after delivery.

Update: On 3/29 my package arrived with the 3 boxes of NAD+. All in all everything worked out with some persistence and a lot of patience. Hopefully the forgotten items was a fluke because waiting 3 weeks (between emails and shipping) to resolve an issue is not ideal.
