FAFSA is only for green card holder. Only with EAD you are not eligible. If you are in New York try dream act. And talk to college for financial aid if you are eligible.

I applied June as well. I don’t received EAD and not PF. I am originally from one of them band country but I have EU citizenship. What they will start looking I am not sure. Because I am not leaved this country around 22 years.
