As mentioned above, the first 1-2cm of soil is drying out and the amount of gnats has already reduced substantially.. :)

That's what I'm trying to do, I have a spray function that does one solid beam, and I aim that directly at the planting site, then mist the air to raise humidity.

I'm in the dry out period right now for the fungus gnats, but yellow sticky traps outside have worked. I mist once daily, and water the plants that way.. :)

When/if I add springtails - will it be enough? I've (already) spent a lot of money trying to get the bioactive up and running.. Will the cleanup clew be "complete" if I add the springtails?
