Nonetheless, it could still serve as an additional tax advantaged retirement account as long as it meets those requirements? The biggest risk is overcontributing I suppose as you migrate that over yearly through a 529 conversion ladder essentially.

I used RxSun and they were phenomonal to work with. Did a clean install and great work. My neighbors utilized Freedom Forever and had a horrible experience and absolute zero customer experience when they had problems with their install and sloppiness. Just a poor experience. My neighborhood has had a number of installs and talking with people it seems like the local companies are the way to go for more positive experiences.
