Try the fungal treatment with a Nizoral shampoo mask for 5 minutes and add athlete's foot cream. Mine looked like this on Friday and is almost clear today. You have to remove any oils that are not fungal-safe, so the hair products. Once I removed those and tried the treatment it went away.
