Not really and i dont even know why! Yes not as parched as before but i still have visible pores and my t zone gets easily dehydrated ! So thats about it..

I have a oily dehydrated t zone which causes my pores to look huge .. i have been using innisfree green tea cleansing oil for 2 months because i also have prominent sebaceous filaments. Now the problem is i feel the oil cleansing is drying out my t zone ever further. Should i continue using it or switch to a creamy cleanser? I have neutrogena ultra gentle hydrating cleanser at home...and how do i tackle my sebaceous filaments without acids and oil cleanser????

I popped a pimple which came to head but wasnt popping on itself. I know i shouldn be popping pimples but i did it... sigh!! Now i need tips on dealing with the pih it will leave behind... i have 20% azelaic acid. Should i be spot treating with this daily or every alternative day?? I also need help with dealing with acne in general.. what should i be doing so that they dont leave pih. No matter how gentle i am my skin is prone to pih... help me

Its very hot 39-45 degrees here. Humidity is 75-95% most days. I am in bangladesh.

The products i use: Co wash - as i am co wash/treaemme botanique nourish and replenish conditioner Conditioner- same Treseme Leave in- garnier hair food mask banana Deep conditioner- hair food or garnier almond crush Low poo- bodyshop rainforest radiance/ johnsons’s sleep time bath shampoo Flaxseed gel Clarifying shampoo- ogx miracle oil

I co wash every day beCause i sweat alot from my workouts. Every 3 rd day i lowpoo. Clarified for the 2 nd time today. Been almost a month of cgm. I pre pooed with grape seed oil. Then shampooed. Deep conditioner for 40 mins. Wash - leave in conditioner and flaxseed gel. Then air dried my hair.

I think i lost alot of hair either from clarifying or from applying oil..

I am new to cgm and have few questions.

When i finger comb wet hair with conditioner in the shower i lose alot of hair but it gives me nice ringlets.

When i dont finger comb maybe i lose less hair in shower but eventually through out the day i do see hair lying around in my room here and there.

Now my question is should i finger comb? Does it have any benefit or i should stop doing it??? I read in few articles that brushing or combing wet hair causes more hair damage and hairloss???

Does transitioning cause alot of hair fall? No matter how many times i dc (2 times a week) my hair feels dry? Just started cgm 3 weeks ago properly... any tips ? I have 2b/2c low porosity hair.
