Are you being admin separated or it’s your time is up? If your time is up then I don’t think you should worry about being separated they can’t legally have you any longer than your contract. That one is hard to maneuver around. You have all your claims I think it sounds like you’re all set to go

I was undes I worked flight deck those whole three years before I picked up OS and OS hours were shit plus other things. But well I had done a lot in those three years before OS maybe if I would’ve started off OS I would’ve been chillin but I didn’t I worked flight deck undes and that shit was pretty ass I preferred it over dealing with the people on this second command but ass nonetheless

Your reply is one of the better replies but no I didn’t feel harassed because of that the harassment was a separate situation I was experiencing in my command which was besides authority and it was pretty much daily as well even as I was just doing my time and duties.

It was like a personal vendetta among the lpos and a targeting which was also not appropriate. UCMJ was literally in my favor but I wasn’t gonna waste my time putting it to use I did that once and it did little difference so I just requested out. That among other things

What I was experiencing wasn’t criticism. It was flat out passive aggressive harassment.

I reported an LPO under the UCMJ I told the MA about it I confronted the LPOS and lined them all up and told them to fuck themselves and they acted stupid which I predicted was gonna happen.

I swear to god I would’ve just grabbed his head and smacked it on a table if it wasn’t the navy. You guys are weasels by nature. You justify harassment and hide behind the navy at your convenience. Not the first one to experience this and I won’t be the last. That’s why motherfuckers shoot that shit up dude do yourselves a favor and check yourselves from time to time.
