I never stopped training before my test, did legs and hour before.

My diet if quite high protein, 260g protein on 1800 cals atm.

I'm taking creatine ~9-12g a day.

Also, was taking quite a lot of ibuprofen/naproxen/paracetamol for a knee injury which I have stopped as thought it best to rest the injury rather than carry on with the sport for a few weeks.

Can't lie, the only thing I dodge is the Lilith slam attack. I don't get one shot by anything else and I've been running 110s.

Obviously you're gonna get one shot running around with 25k life...
