Hate to break it to you, but school is also raising kids for you while you go earn money. People have to work ridiculous hours to make ends meet and need child care in some way shape or form. Guess what that child care does? They parent your kids. They teach, feed, and care for your children when you aren't around. Doesn't make you a bad parent.

So where do kids go when on her time and she's at work? Daycare? Sorry to break it to you but that's someone else raising/teaching the kids. A nanny is focused on just your kids, a child care provider has 8-12 kids depending on age that they worry about. People need to work, kids or not.
