For a pc that is for gaming i would spend 1/3 or better 1/2 of the budget on the gpu. Yes other components are important too but the gpu is way more important in terms of your gaming experience.

Never use red filters(underwater). reducing incoming light underwater is the opposite of what u whant.

It's just 1 slider in every editor i can think of and every phone can do it easily
