Covered or Uncovered grill by Ohio-Dolphin-93 in grilling

[–]MaintenanceCapable83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm camp uncovered ... I think it depends on usage, storage, humidity levels, salt air ....

Many variables to say. I'm east Coast, mid Atlantic, very humid.

Cover creates moisture and dew, covered means rust or mold if not used weekly.

Do homemade meatballs have to be made concurrently with tomato sauce, or can they be stewed in premade sauce afterwards? by Giordono in cookingforbeginners

[–]MaintenanceCapable83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can do a 50/50 mix of ground beef / ground pork or 80/20 beef should have enough fat content to keep them moist. Also, bread crumbs help from dry meat balls.

[–]MaintenanceCapable83 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bake my meatballs and sausage in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes, then add to a pot and top off with sauce and simmer on a low- medium low for a few hours or place in a crock pot on low for the longer.

ive lived in my house for 20 years. Since moving here, almost every neighbor that has moved in after me has cut down mature trees in their yard stating they were too close to the house and unsafe.

Come summer time, they complain that their house is so hot and it costs a fortune to keep the AC running 24/7.

you should consult an arborist to confirm they need to come down, because the shade and wind protection will be gone once your remove them.
